I'm looking to try some probiotics for my IBS C. What kind should I be looking for?

Probiotics for IBS C
I am also mainly IBSC and as a celiac I take Yakult. As it is gluten free. I have had no problems with it and it is a reasonable price. I do have a lot of wind after meals (rear end) but I stopped the yakult for a month and it made no difference.
The probiotic that has helped me the most is Alflorex. It has enabled me to increase my fibre intake substantially to help with the 'C' and has helped greatly with IBS pain.
I take Phillips Colon Health. I forget what actual strains it has in it, but do check out the Related Posts, on the right. This question comes up quite a bit.
Alflorex for me too. I've just agreed to a monthly subscription with Precision Biotics which reduces the cost by £5 each month.
Also, a kefir yoghurt every day plus 2 kiwis. And plenty of water.
Decades long c has more or less gone!
