Gut Health!

Good Morning,

Just thought I'd recommend something I watched over the weekend on Netflix called 'Hack your health: The secrets of your gut'.

I'm sure most people on here will already be aware of the information in this film however I was not and found it very beneficial to understand what's actually going on in my gut. I'm recommending it incase it helps someone the same way it's helped me and because I found it interesting to watch despite my IBS relations to it.

All the best,

Summerlovin1 ❤️
