Very little in, plenty out .......

I've had IBS for about 30 years, how it manifests varies considerably and it's often triggered by my state of mind.

One observation that I have made over the years is that despite not eating very much I still produce a lot of poop!

Where on earth does it all come from bearing in mind my low food intake?

Do you have normal or loose stools? Fluids also contribute to stools so what you are drinking is also taken into account.

hi Battery I often feel exactly the same as you. Where does it all come from? It seems a mystery to me and must be part of IBS. You are not alone.

Hello Battery, thank you for your reply. I know what you mean, you really wonder where it all comes from. I shall try again to see my doctor, but it is difficult since Covid. IBS is horrible. Thank you again.
