Smoothies

My gut has settled a little. I started taking Alflorex plus probiotic &, with guidance from my dietician, we've been experimenting with my diet, basically low fodmap. I've found fruit & veg smoothies much kinder on my gut. I make them in my food processor (I don't have a smoothie maker) to ensure I get the fibre from the fruit too. Neither of us are sure why eating fruit this way is better for me but I can now have a smoothie with my brekkie - this mornings was melon, cucumber, mint & lime juice - and a piece of fruit after dinner. Hope this is helpful :)

That sounds like a good result. Well done for finding a solution.
