Hi everyone.

Thank you so much for anyone who cared about my msg. I’m very grateful for all of your reply.

I noticed my diet and I found the problem was from eating pears , maybe because it’s high in fructose and it’s not good for ibs suffers .

Yes, it can often be a food that we habitually eat and think nothing of which can irritate IBS. Pears are so nice, and I used to love them. I remember I kept trying to eat them too when I first started with IBS (and other foods I was used to) It took a while to realise I had to change my diet in order to manage and feel a bit healthier, and many of the healthiest options I had to leave out or be very careful with. (the opposite to what we are told all the time!)

Pears are classed as 'High FODMAP'

I cannot eat watermelon either high in fructose.
