Reaction to drug Tamsulin

I have a lazy uric muscle & need this drug to urinate.

I also suffer from Atrial Fib for which I take Rivaroxaban/ Digoxin.I have NAFLD & also suffer from acid reflux, (am intolerant to anti reflux drugs apart from Gaviscon), this acerbates my serious insomnia, I find a gluton/ lactose free diet counters acid reflux under normal cicumstances.

The tamsulosin brand I take is no longer available, sadly I seem seem to react to other brands as they seem to trigger time acid reflux. I have run out of Ideas, can anyone suggest anything.
