bowel probs

I get up in the morning sometimes stomach pains then go to the loo!! Other times I might not go till the afternoon !! Urge to go but it does not happen !! My bowel has taken my life over that’s all I think about !! Pain in left side after going to the loo sometimes I dread starting the day !! Ibs and bowel probs are horrific ! Anyone have these symptoms

Yes, I have that problem and sometimes I go days without going. Glycerin suppositories help when it feels I need to go but can't. Hopefully not too much info, sorry.

I have had similar problems of constant predominately lower abdominal pain which restricts my bowel movement. I have recently attributed this to tight abdominal muscles and started to do relevant exercises for this coupled with pelvic floor dysfunction exercises

Yes i always wake up with pain on the left hand side, sometimes it is wind, other times stools have collected there. Usually can only go by eating something and waiting for half hr or so

Yes I do. This suffering is not understood even by medical professionals. Have you tried probiotics ?

I was taking probiotics for ages then stopped might be a good idea to start them again
