I’m finding it very strange but ive not had any messages from any members since the 10th of January.I was usually receiving a few or more every day.What has happened?
I actually find it a comfort to be able to check my emails and to read about people’s problems and habits.
How is every one?I miss you all!
Hi I read things too and find comfort too, however over last few days am struggling as I really don’t think this is just IBS any more it’s really effecting me life.
Trapped wind is horrendous, every day now for 6 weeks, I ve done everything I possibly can and followed all the advice and no relief.
I just want a full nights sleep and to feel normal again.

I was thinking that too , although I do get some messages. Maybe we're all cried out!
Have you checked your settings? Check it still states "Daily" under "Email Notifications". Maureen.

Still here I too read other people comments who are suffering with similar symptoms to myself, after reading I realise I,m not on my own with no need to suffer in silence.
Had a bad attack of severe bowel cramps a few days before Christmas not really settled down still have constant lower abdominal pain, managed to speak with a GP this week explained what happened and still in pain, prescribed me with a course of Mebeverine, tried these a few years ago didn’t find they made any difference, still thought I would listen to the doctor,
Having a bad day today constant abdominal pain, afraid to take strong pain killers as Codine blocks me up.
Bloating but no cramps or diarrheoa
No light at the end of the tunnel!
