IBS FLARE UPS FROM SLIMFAST

Yes. I thought it was a fluke the first time I had an attack after drinking slim fast. It's awful. I was drinking it because I was in the middle of a flare up. Little did I know, it made it worse.

I found it useful for IBS(D) some years back but when I tried it more recently it made me constipated. So if you have IBS(C), it's probably not the best thing!

Have you looked at the ingredients fructose and sucrose can be a problem for some people.

It's no good for me made me have d much worse l put it down to dairy content I bought juice plus for days l can't eat

Keep away from these diet things, my wife tried it once, never again. Just reduce carbs and fatty products🙄🙄
