Day 3 of fybogel

Just had my first proper bowel movement in forever!!!

Omg, is this what excites me? Am i getting excited too early? My brain is a whirr. No diarrhoea in three days., and ive been to the loo normally. I do have a bit of a tummy ache but who cares.

This is such a good day😁

That's brilliant. 🙂 I hope the Fybogel continues to work well for you. It's been a real benefit for me.

Hi, you have to be careful with Fybogel I find if I take a couple of sachets a week it gives me stomach cramps and diarrhea . Sometimes it's fine and other times it has the above effect. Also I was taking the orange Fybogel it made me gag I discovered the lemon which is so much better. I hope you find this helpful.
