this is the third day and it didn't work. i am nauseated and have a stomach ache. i think i am afraid to take it tonite. i was so excited when it worked for two days.

Give it a bit longer - trouble is perhaps once it does work will you not stop going

i am terrified to try it again. you can believe how rotten i felt. i think i am just going to stick to the magnesium citrate liquid. i went this morning but i still feel i have to go more. my stomach still hurts a bit. today i am going to try to fast and have chamomille tea.bobby
