We are okay, ticking over. How long do your flare ups usually last?

And then it goes away for a while does it, or is it always there in the background, so to speak. Just curious as mine is constant.

It goes away for a while, I haven’t had a bad flare up for about a month. Then it comes back with a vengeance x

Do you know why it comes back, is it to do with stress, do you think, or does it just come out of the blue.
