Diverticulitis

I was diagnosed in 2017 with diverticulitis.

Apart from some pain in the left side of my stomach, one episode of bleeding and irregular bowel movements I seem to be symptom free compared to other people I have spoken too on line.

I get very little information from my docs and know little of what to expect if and when I get a flare.

If anyone can let me know what to expect when I get a flare I would be grateful

Try to avoid all nuts, seeds, fruit skins etc. These can find their way into the pockets of the DV and can become infected causing abscess. Drink plenty
