Hi everyone, it's really been long I came here, I have been busy with work and stuffs, I'm at this period where I am not experiencing any IBS symptoms at all, I've been feeling really great for the past two months now, i might be like this for some couple of months before the monster comes back, just enjoying this peace and staying away from my triggers. Hope everyone is doing great?

How nice to hear something uplifting on here. It's kind of you to think of the rest of us, during this good period of yours.

Enjoy it and don't think about what may happen. Anxiety is a trigger for me
