I now keep a supply of plastic bags, a plastic container with a lid, and disposible gloves in the car. Only had to use them once thankfully. But was very glad I had put them in. Previously I had a close and unpleasant encounter with a large, prickly bush behind which I had had to hide/squat on the side of a dual carriageway....

Yep, car sharing to a training course can be a nightmare, people really don't know what it can be like 😢 always keep imodium handy, but can't Always prevent it. Good luck
