No energy with my ibs c

Hello all my h pylori test come back clear but doctor calling me today I always forget everything I want to ask them so I need to write it down I find my ibs must be down to stress my nerves are so bad it’s like a vicious cycle.

Hi Amber, glad your test came back ok, now what you need to is sort out your IBS which I must say is easier said than done. It’s a good idea to write down what you want to ask the doctor and don’t let them fob you off, let me know how you get on With the doctor hope your feeling better soon Take care

Hi there I’ve had ibs c since a teenager ,it does cause fatigue and other problems ,stress switches on the fight or flight mechanism which irritates sensitive nerves in intestine which causes it to spasm cause pain and slow down or speed up the digestive system . Low dose serotonin uptakers (antidepressants ) can help with pain and with low serotonin in the gut ,also helps with depression and fatigue caused by ibs x Might be worth speaking to doctor to get more advice x
