My upper stomach is bloated, fullness for 3 weeks now. Now, I can't eat a normal meal, only a few bites make me feel like my stomach will burst. Little nausea sometimes, no vomit, pooping normal, just stomach fullness, discomfort, and cramping.
This problem started after taking migraine pain killer (Tolfenamic acid) for 10 days. I didn't take any gas tablets (omeprazole) at that time with pain killer. After a few days early satiety symptoms appeared. It's been 3 weeks since I have stopped taking those pain killers. But early satiety not recovering.
Is this a gas problem caused by medication or something called Gastroparesis?
Can Gastroparesis get triggered by taking pain killer (Tolfenamic acid) for 10 days? And my age is 18.

Some medications seem to upset the gut bacteria and I find I have stomach issues when on antibiotics. It may be worth trying a probiotic to see if that helps
You need to talk to a doctor I think to get this sort of information. They would be best placed to help you.
You can often get telephone appointments now just ring up and ask for one at your surgery. Then if they need to see you they can arrange it.
There are pages on gastroparesis on the web but as it is more than ibs and more specialised I would talk to an expert. It may get better if it is caused by medication you are no longer taking of course. But may take time to resolve.
My daughter has the bloating but started a gluten free diet and lot better. Maybe try that usually three weeks after medication it has left your system.
