Macrogol causing bloating?

Hi guys,

I have coeliac disease and IBS this is not actually really related to that but just so you know 😂

I have an undiagnosed bladder issue (suspected interstitial cystitis) waiting for an operation the pain kept landing me in a&e so the doctors have put me on tramadol. Which is causing constipation & bloating & nausea so they put me on macrogol 3 days ago. 3 sachets a day it did nothing until today & I've diarrhea all day but I'm still bloated?? So confused as to why I'm still bloated its been watery diarrhea so there can't be anything left in there it stopped a few hours ago. Anyone have any idea on this bloating before I ring the gp again?
