I have been stuck in a vicious cycle of binging and purging with my awful bulimia over the years, not taking in much nutrients and boozing a lot over the years. I’m changing things around as I’m tired mentally and physically of the eating disorder, and generally want to not cause my health to get to such a bad point. I’ve been changing my eating habits, I’m in Mebeverine which seems to so far help a bit, I can’t have coffee atm which sucks as I love my morning coffee but also can’t see specialist atm cause of current situation. I’ve got this mouth ulcer which im worried is related to my Bowels. Because of my bulimia and not eating probably my bowel movements have been aided buy my finger sometimes (sorry not pretty) to help my poo and couple of time drew blood, worried as I’ve done some damage internally. Not had blood it since Xmas but only happened when I did use my finger. I’ve been healthy and no booze as I was daily drinking by routine and stopped, trying to stay mentally well too. Seeing my doc this week going to tell him how I can move forward and help with my generally well being. But scared ive done some damage to bowels but don’t know who to see about it. Silly thing to do but my brain and connection with food has been a rollercoaster last few years. Hope you don’t mind the detail but got to be honest. Any replies would be great, hope your all ok! Stay safe and healthy
