I have IBS. Have two days ago started with a cold. No temperature or cough. Just blocked up nose and tight chest. The anxiety this has caused what if its coronvirus which has set my IBS of. Has anybody else felt like this.

Hi Pam, l am 62 and have had IBS for 32 years, and it really is a strange unpredictable syndrome.

At the moment in these very surreal times, l feel it would be very normal to experience the symptoms and feelings of anxiety that we are all feeling.

Think of the happy times in your life and take time to reflect on them. l feel very positive that those times will come back. Stay safe Pam.
