GERD and heart rate

Hi

I’ve suffered from GERD for years - usually manageable if I don’t drink alcohol or eat carb laden foods.

When I ‘misbehave’ I get very belchy, which I can deal with but the racing heart is another thing altogether! 😱

Does anyone else get a racing heart? I’ve googled it and had differing reports.

I’ve heard that GERD irritates the esophegus close to your heart. Try drink celery juice each morning 30 minutes before food or drink. Do this for two week. One whole organic celery stick makes one drink. You can keep the pulp for soups and stock.

Do you make celery juice from the green or the white part?
