Now in day 4 of L Fodmap diet. It’s getting easier. Shopping list/delivery mainly containing low Fodmap food.
Day 2 to 4 I had headache which increased to migraine. Horrid. Had to cancel my work and stayed in bed in the dark for a day. Much better this am. My dietitian said it’s bacteria die off. I wished that she had warned me this could happen. I’ve been drinking more water than usual so that should help eliminate toxins??
Anyone else had headache migraine at beginning of L Fodmap diet?
