Hydrolyzed Collagen

I am 30 years old and have been diagnosed with IBS when I was 12. I’ve suffered allot with this, from emotional anxiety to depression and more bathroom problems than ever, lately I have found relief by adding two things into my diet, and a few things that I’ve removed. In the morning I take acacia fiber from a trusted brand (I make oatmeal waffles and pancakes and add one tablespoon to my mix per one serving ) I do my best to not eat after 7pm and before I go to bed on a empty stomach I drink water with two scoops of hydrolyzed collagen from a trusted brand. This alone has dramatically improved my life. For you guys that are like me this two things alone are worth the investment. I feel lighter no more dealing with bloating or an array of symptoms that just would make my day unbearable and caused me irritability. I took the time to write this because if there is anyone out there that suffers from what I do, I want to let you know that you are not alone and that you should give this a try and incorporate it into your lifestyle. Also I cut allot of refined process food and try my best to eat as best as what I can afford and do. I also drink lots of water and this too helps allot. Anyway I really hope you try this because you will begin to feel like the you , you always knew was there.

Hello,

Thank you for posting some new ideas. May I ask, is your IBS more C or D or both? What is the function of the hydrolyzed collagen?

Thanks!
