I've posted quite alot over the past 2 weeks, mainly cos some antibiotics truly messed me up. I then went onto have this horrible smelling d* which would burn..... for the past week though, life has been a treat - I was able to eat what I wanted with slightly loose stools that smelt normal...UNTIL...I ate out last night around 6 (its now 9am the next day) and had a small bowl of chips with spicy salt and peri peri sauces ... I then went home and had garlic bread and woke to AWFUL cramps and the bad smelling d* again :/. could this be c-diff? I was 100% fine until this morning all week.... or is it just the hell of IBS?
Does c-diff go and come back?: I've posted quite... - IBS Network

I had clostridium difficile many years ago my bowel was ulcerated found in. A colonoscopy very ill had to have vancomycin came back several times and each time treated with vancomycin. I could not eat certain foods a dietician gave me a list. Garlic and onions.were a no no also high fructose foods if I kept off these I kept well. But I still have bouts of ibs and it is a pain. I don't know if that is of any help to you. I am in Australia. Hope you get well.
Those exact ingredients are what I ate yesterday haha, I had some juice and lots of garlic but weirdly had garlic all week and was OK :/. Went to the doc who said theres slim chance it could be c-diff as I only took three doses of antibiotic one month ago. :/ I guess no juice or garlic but it seems so up and down everyday...ugh, thanks for the response
