New guy who needs help

Hi I’m yassin, I’m suffering with this IBS and every day I have at least three stomachaches, can anyone help me or suggest something

Hi, this was posted a while ago, so I hope that your tummy issues have gone but in case they haven't!

Ive had IBS everyday for 11 years and its a nightmare but some of the things that have helped me the best are:

1)Buscopan- doesn't work for everyone but worth a go.

2)keeping a food diary- keep a diary of everything you eat everyday so you can start eliminated the worst trigger foods.

3)hot baths and hot water bottles-for those nights where nothing else works.

4)Ginger tea and ginger biscuits, ginger cake... basically anything ginger!! This works for me, the ginger tea works the best.

Some people swear by peppermint tea, or peppermint oil these don't work for me, they actually make me feel worse but they might work for you.
