I used to have IBS C which was so much easier than the above, I now know what those of you that have the D are going through.
Someone on here posted an answer to someone which was really helpful, it was about our Gut Biome and they mentioned about specific probiotics for specific people i.e. not all probiotics work as it all depends on our gut.
If you are the person that provided this really helpful information could you please reply to this as I have been looking for it everywhere and cannot find it.
