How Bad Can Constipation Get

Hi I’m new to the site. I’ve had constipation on and off for a long time. I normally take Fibergel but it seems totally ineffective now. I’ve started taking Laxido lately. What I would like to know is can you feel exhausted and sick with headaches with constipation.
