Hi, my only symptom is soft stool. Like every morning I go as usual but for the last few months it has been soft and shapeless. No bloating, cramping etc. And I only go once a day. Gp says probably ibs but I'm not sure. Advice?

Usually you would have more than that with IBS! Could be just your diet, try a bit more fibre!
