Hi there,
I'm sorry you are having to go through all that. Interestingly I looked into OCD when I was looking for a solution to chronic IBS, as I could see some sort of automatic behaviour behind my IBS symptoms. And I learned how emotions, triggers and behaviour work. (And I got rid of IBS).
I just want you to know that there are methods like NLP, hypnosis and EDMR that can really help. The research into neuroplasticity revealed that we are not all stuck in unwanted thought and behaviour patterns.
I imagine the hardest part at the moment is the bullying at school that winds you up. I don't know if it helps, but know that the children who are bullies don't feel good deep inside. That's why they bully others. It is a sort of compulsion for them too, and they draw attention to someone else rather than allow others see their own insecurities.
If you look a bully in the face and say something like "Have you seen your nose! And the way you walk!" you draw attention to them and get them wondering what is "wrong" with them. And you could well find they leave you alone as a result.
Hope this helps, Skipper
Big hugs,
Alison
Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️❤️
