Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone has tried using Bone marrow/broth to help treat their IBS. I've been trying to find answers to help my 14 year old son who has suffered with IBS symptoms for 7 years. After endless searching I have read that bone broth can not only heal but cure gut issues such as leaky gut etc, IBS etc. As well as cooking up bones which I know can be time consuming, you can now buy it already done. Has anybody tried this and did it help? Would be amazing if this really was a miracle cure.
Bone Marrow/Broth: Hi everyone. I was just... - IBS Network
Bone Marrow/Broth
gets good results from healing ibs, leaky gut and S\IBO, lots of places on Amazon selling it so I looked at review - was in the process of getting some but found not good if you have histamine intolerance which I have. Take a look at Amy Myers site she has a protocol you can do for leaky gut - if you search there is somewhere in UK that sells the product
Thank you for your reply. I don't know if my son has a histamine intolerance but does seem to have some food intolerances. I may give it a go along with probiotics and see if it heals his problems.
Have you looked at symptoms of histamine intolerance. If he hasn't got it bone broth is good for healing the gut so is Amy Myers SIBO protocol - I am considering this - not tried it yet but has been recommended via other sites. Have you looked at Truly Gluten Free page on Facebook
