Hi

I used to and to a certain extent still do anywhere I go out

But I kept saying to myself that supermarkets have good toilets so no problem

It took a while and I still mostly have tesco delivered lol but I can now go in when it’s not busy times and if a queue at check out I use self service and get out of there ! Lol I also used to always take my son in case I had to abandon my trolly but don’t need to now

Hello Tasha

I can relate to that big time

Tasha1978 yes, that used to happen to me every time. Now I shop in the small "express" shops that have popped up everywhere. Good luck

I can’t shop in the small express shops as they don’t have a toilet available, so that makes it worse. I would rather go to a larger supermarket for one or two items than get caught short 😳

If you go in the express shops and are desperate just ask them if you can use their bathroom and explain it's an emergency. Most people understand and are very helpful.

Hi heatherambz I realise there are no toilets in the small supermarkets but do try. For example go at a quiet time and choose 1 item. I found I was not affected even though I did not realise it. Good luck

No brother, at least not me. I have a lot of stress from the business i have. But you should take it easy.

I used to, not so much now, but supermarket shopping is stressful because theyr`e always crowded with people who get in your way by dithering in front of the item that you want, parking their trollies in the middle of aisles & blocking them, screaming kids, not being able to find what you want, & then slow people holding up the checkout queue.

I can only go into a supermarket that has a toilet available. Sometimes I’m ok but most times I need to abandon my trolley and rush to the loo! Takes longer than most people to do the weekly shop xx
