Hey guys! I'm new to this community and I need some help. So about a month and half ago I started with some discomfort and felt like I still had to pee after I had already voided completely. It seem like a UTI. When to the doctor to get it check after 3 days of not feeling any better. I felt bloated and felt some dull pain on my bottom-left side. Since then, I've had an x-ray, CT scan, 3 different blood works , Urine test, STD test, Stool analysis, I've gone to the hospital twice, 6x to the doctor, Urologist, and now an Advance GI. My symptoms started with the UTI feeling and then switch to lower left abdominal pain. Went to back aches with feeling constipated. I do have bowel movement everyday though. I also had a 5 day migraine, depression, and anxiety, maybe joint pain. I do suffer from Panic disorder. Anyway, should I get a colonoscopy or is it safe to say I have IBS. I think the doctor wants to check that I don't have Chron's, but I'm pretty sure that's not what I have. Maybe I'm wrong

Should I get a Colonoscopy?
Nobody here can answer direct medical questions. The only thing you can do is to follow your doctor's advice regarding the best tests and treatments to have.
Hi did u get any where with this?
Heyyyy I noticed this was two months ago , but am curious to know if you had any answers yet?
To be honest with you , to me it sounds like faecal loading of the sigmoid colon, in which the bowel preparation that you do for a colonoscopy should fix this, the fact you’re having daily bowel movements , still can happen with faecal loading, simply the faeces sticks and lines the outer of the inner of the large colon and the rest simply bypasses through, when going on the colonoscopy bowel preparation you do a 2-3 day low fibre diet followed with clear fluids only and around 3 sachets of the drink , this would compact everything in there and then flush it out
