Help!. I can't leave the flat early in the morning before having a bowel movement. I often wait around in order to have a bowel movement. What can I do?. I'm obsessed with bowel movements.

Need to take a natural laxative to help you go regularly without worry. Fibogel is good if you can tolerate fibre. Eat fruits and veggies and drink lemon wAter in morning. Also Yakult is good.
