What time if day best to take loperamide?

I take one tablet a day usually first thing in the morning Maybefore bed st night time might be better. What do you good folks think?

My gastro told me to take it before breakfast on an empty stomach.

Helloo😊 I take mine just before I go out whatever time of day it is, I do night shifts so I will take it them half an hour before I leave or if I’m going out in the day the same for that aswell just depends. They are great tho they’ve helped me so much! I stopped going out until I went docs an he told me about them, I take way to many sometimes I find myself taking 6 each time I go out x

no matter day or night ..it should be taken on empty stomach and at least one hour before eating or travelling or doing any activities that might stimulate your bowels ..Good luck
