Holland and Barrett Probiotic

I've recently swamped my probiotic to a very small (1/4 dose) of the above probiotic that has 20 billion bacteria in it.

Not sure whether it's this but I've been getting really bad stomach pains (last night awake for 3 hours) dry eyes, headaches - sure I've had this before without these symptoms but I am thinking as a histamine intolerance sufferer - these are some of the signs that something I am having needs to be stopped. Nothing else changed in my diet. Anyone else had this problem with the - not taken them for a while but was ok last time. Was taking Bioglan but I did feel they were making me a bit bloated.

This probiotic really does seem to have helped the bloat too!
