Does anyone else have pain when they eat and even if they don't eat?! I'm struggling to find things to eat that dont cause pain! 😢

It was the same for me until I cut out lactose. Cannot believe the difference. Be careful though it is concealed everywhere. Also check out for sorbitol and other hidden sugars. I also find teas and coffee cause cramping.

So sorry you are going through this. Never was a foodie but it is very hard when food becomes your enemy.

Good luck.

Thank you Forestina, it's not easy Trying to work out what is causing the pain! I will try eliminating lactose and see if that helps, at the moment Tim trying to eliminate gluten!

Hope it works. Lactose free milk for me is a lifesaver.
