Hello everyone

Has anyone tried Senocalm for IBS ?

I have been using the product for around 3 months and it has helped me

I take one in the morning and one capsule in the evening

A box will last me 10 days, available at Tesco. I hope someone here will give these a try.

What were your symptoms before?

The same as the posts I have read here. Life was sheer hell.

I had suicidal thoughts because of it and had given up on finding something that would

help.

At least now I can cope as the symptoms of IBS have reduced so much.

Stress is a factor though, and at those times I take an extra capsule. Up to 3 a day.
