Hi, I have been having some problems passing stool.

I was first constipated, but that pasted but ever since I have been going and hardly anything has been coming out, and sometimes nothing comes out at all and I don't know what this is.

Is it ibs is there anything I can buy to help this.

Thank you

Have you been to see your GP? They can suggest medication that can help or go to the pharmacy and they might be able to advise on meds to loosen the poo and help it come out. Try to eat fruit and vegetables and also drink plenty of water as this will help too.
