My counselor recommended creating my own YouTube channel to lift some of the weight off my shoulders and I want to try and reduce some of the stigma or "taboo" around the subject, because I am sick (quite literally😂) of pretending that IBS doesn't exist or isn't a real illness, because why should someone with a broken leg be able to speak up when they are in pain, when we can't even mention the silent, gut-wrenching disease that affects so many of our lives in so many horrible ways that other people can scarcely imagine. My first video will be going up tomorrow; please subscribe and like the video so that the channel will grow and more people can hear about this hidden disease. Thank you!
