tag or piles/ fissure

I've already been to the doctor about a month ago about the blood i've found on my toilet paper and he said I had no haemorrhoids and it was just a tear but I dont know I mean the skin tag near my anus i've actually noticed were already there before I even went to the doctor so im sure he's seen that but he said I only had a tear therefore was the cause of blood on the toilet paper. Am I the only one who has this skin tag? mine is tiny not really uncomfortable when I sit or doesnt really hurt but i'm just a bit worried bc its been over a month now and I still find blood on my toilet paper when I wipe although its just whenever I pass hard stool and I think its healing now since its not as much as before just a dots of blood but has anyone experienced this? please help im sorry if this is a bit all over the place
