my ribs are killing me some times if i sit or bend down its like a ball been pushed under my ribs its really painfull i cannot move or walk it feel bruised afterwards,is it wind

Sounds like gallstones. Get yourself to a GP or out of hours doc ASAP

I agree with that.sounds very similar to how I felt when I had gallstones. It would take the wind right out of me.
