Recently done a FOBT test for blood to settle my anxiety and after the test it looked fine while I finished up then went out and looked at the test again and it seems positive now it did say should be read in 5 mins but I don't think it was 5 mines 3-4 minimum what you guys think?

Positive indicates blood or other occult substance in stool I believe. However the cause is often haemorrhoids. It certainly was in my case.

You should take this to your doctor though and they should refer you for investigations to rule anything else out such as IBD, Diverticular disease or even possible malignancy. They may want to send off a sample themselves to check it wasn't just a one off though - as it could be if haemorrhoids - especially if you have IBS.
