Cecum valve distinction

Hi

I am going to have a hysterectomy this Friday.

I have been having pain on my cecum recently my tommy has been bloated even a glass of water makes me bloat. Some times water does not go down my esophagus. I was reading your article it gave me a lot of information on why I am having this problem. This morning I massaged the erea and the pain stopped I thought it was my psoas muscle that I relaxed but I guess I put the valve in place. My question : is there any other treatments for this problem or I just have to pay attention to my diet?
