Intolerance food testing has anyone heard of this company?
I would check it out first, I know that the only reputable one was the York Testing company but it has now been discredited. Don't think they are reliable.
I looked into these so-called intolerance tests some time ago and discovered that it's actually scientifically impossible to carry out such tests by the method you describe. The 'results' that are sent out usually include all the usual suspects, e.g. wheat, onions, garlic, dairy, yeast, alcohol, dairy etc plus a few extras to make them look individually tailored.
It makes sense that if it were possible to perform such tests, the NHS would be doing so as it would, in the long term, be financially advantageous.
My advice is, if you want to spend money for no good reason, and then give yourself a hard time eliminating all the foods to which you're supposed to be 'intolerant' but are probably not, then this is the route to go down. It's all snake oil!
Best wishes,

Hello Montykat. I would be very suspicious of such claims. I know that hair sample testing can be useful for some minderal deficiencies but for intollerence I would wonder what they will try to sell you after the test.
Do you notice any discomfort after certain meals. In particular is it manufactured food? I, for example, know immediately if I have eaten something made using polyunsaturated oils or margarines. They are not natural foods for man so i just stay away from them; no problem with butter and associated dairy products.
Do you own analysis; I shall be very surprised if any natural food upsets you.
Oh dear, I must read my submissions twice. It should be........... mineral deficiencies............
Yep is a bit like a cure for ageing skin, fat losee or baldness. Always someone claiming they have found a simple way been the same for centuries. If it's too good to be true it probably is.
Try your own intolerance tests by leaving one food group out of your diet at a time, try dairy first, keeping a food and symptom diary to monitor any changes there might be
I used Cambridge nutritional found them good camnutri.com/ x
Definitely don't go there, I have only recently read on here that it's a con (by the way I've always thought that anyway). The person, I can't remember who they were, said that they wrote to the company to say that they didn't pick up any of the foods they knew they were intolerant to.
I've tried these tests and also the York one which is very expensive!! I found them really unreliable.
