Feeling low

Hasn't been a brilliant week for me, my IBS/Diverticulitis has been playing up badly (feel ok when I first get up but after I have been to the loo I feel weak and shaky and sick with hunger and I am in pain after eating at first. if I have to go a second time I feel worse and have to lie down) also because of trapped wind it has caused breathing problems (I have COPD/Emphysema) and brought on anxiety attacks, feeling reasonable at the moment, but not sure how long it will last.

Have a good weekend everyoneBlessings

Philip
