Got a bit carried away...

So i was feeling so much better this weekend that I gave in and indulged! I ate fried chicken and chips and cheese sandwhiches and drank some beer! Funnily enough this did not agree with me (probably all of it plus the fact i ate a lot and got over full which is defo a nono) so ye..now back to having a rather sensitive stomach, an eating plain..but i feel as though i can start adding foods in, just very gradually and maybe in a few days time! Eating the bad food wasn't really worth it, but its much easier to get tempted when you feel ok! But i guess it proves that im not quite better!

Going to a girls night tonight and they are ordering pizza! i may have been able to eat some pizza if i hadn't gone a bit food mad yesterday..its all good! i am taking my rice with stock in to give it some flavour! and at least i am going..it is super tempting to just chill at home with the boyfriend...but going out and being normal is important! so off i pop to get lost in Beijing :)
