Same time

Hey guys been living with IBS for 10 years now. It normally flares up at night time. Just wondering if anyone else's IBS plays up at a certain time or is it just my crazy gut.

Almost always nighttime unless i unknowingly eat a trigger like peppers or salmon!

It is mainly in the evening for me, an hour or two after my evening meal.

Hi, Yes mine flares up around 4pm. In fact I can set my time by it.

I'm the same too mine is sore of a night my stomach gets bloated. Morning are the worSt for going the toilet though

Oh wow it's strange how it starts at the same time. I'm finally recovering after a very tiring flare up that lasted a week. Can't wait to catch up on sleep lol xx
