Hi
It's a long and winding road. If you have the time to read some of the many posts on this site hopefully it will help a lot. Everyone's experience of IBS seems to be quite different. The only constant is that the gut is sometimes very unhappy!
Good luck & best wishes.
Hi there fellow ibs sufferer, theres an awful lot of us !!
Concerning the nausea, i went to my gp about the same symptom, she prescribed Mebeverine 135mg taken 3 times a day, 20 minutes before food, supposed to empty the stomach out quicker.
Have to admit i kept forgetting to take it at the right time .... Its a memory thing !! So cant really say if it helped. Finally i decided to try eating little n often which seem to suit me. Crackers, ginger biscuits , remember eating ginger when i had bad nausea during my pregnancy . Just try anything n everything n do take a look back to previous posts on here. It seems cover just about everything to do with ibs.
We all seem to differ slightly in our symptoms, but dont give up !! Good luck. ☺️
Thankyou for advice guess its a case of seeing what suits best 😊 have been reading posts it does help to know I not the only one going through it. Am going to give yoga a go next week; hoping that will teach me how to chill out a bit😊
