Is there fructose in it?
Don't know about the fructose but I can't take too much in the way of fruit and it contains raspberry puree
Lots of fruit troubles my system as well which is a shame. Not those two though. I also wonder about additives and preservatives in my own diet - sometimes there's a lot of extra stuff added to juices. Also sometimes one brand is okay but another isn't.
Raspberries are low FODMAPS, oranges as well .I am fine with both ! What else is in it ?
I don't follow the FODMAP as I found when diagnosed 3 years ago at age 65 that a dairy free diet kept my symptoms under control but I have found that since then there are a lot of things that I can't eat in quantities, strawberries, Apple peel, chestnuts, no hard boiled eggs at all and other things
Fructose is the natural sugar in fruit & veg Apples Pears are the worst. Strawberries Raspberries should be ok but I cant eat anything with fructose or lactose
CItrus fruits are a no go for me, and most berries unless in very small quantities. I think for me it is the citric acid as I am fine with apples and grapes which are malic acid predominantly.
Also 'raw' as in uncooked dairy I have issues with, but if it is cooked in foods I don't have an issue with it and hard cheese is fine too.
