Hi all. I am trying something new. SOYA milk. I have porridge or cereals for breakfast with skimmed milk, BUT I feel very uncomfortable afterwards. So, I am trying SOYA milk instead. I will also try Lactose Free as well to find out if this helps. I have found a great thing recently. Camomile tea( no milk just a teeny bit of sugar). I have Decaf tea now anyway. I tried Shepheards pie yesterday, my husband cooked it, but I was in a lot of,pain afterwards, so no more of that. It was the Stewed Steak from a tin that did it I think.
I am still waiting for my Dietician Appointment at my Local Hospital ,nearly 12 weeks now.
